Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping: 

We offer £3.95 flat rate shipping in the UK by ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 (2-3 working days). 

We offer free delivery for orders placed over £30.

International Shipping

We do not yet offer international shipping - but we will!  Please check back again soon!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. The tracking will update in real time as the order makes its way to you.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@zowena.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
